The May ‘Pet Story Contest Winner’ is Sadra who wrote about her cats, Sassy and Merlin:
This is my beautiful, beloved Sassy (top photo). I assisted with her birth over nineteen years ago, and from that very moment, I realized that she was very special. She was so beautiful, but she was also sweet and loving, and she became my constant companion, my friend, my confidant.
As the years passed, there were many changes in my life; my children grew up and left for homes of their own, I moved away from my home to work in another state, my husband died suddenly, and through it all, Sassy was there with me.
About three years ago, when Sassy was sixteen years old, she began to show her age very quickly and I was afraid I would soon lose her. It was at this time that my wonderful new friends, Rob and Dana Gourley introduced me to Watt-Ahh®. From the first bowl of Watt-Ahh®, Sassy was like her old self again; She was once again as playful as when she was a kitten, appeared to not have a care in the world, and never drank anything other than Watt-Ahh® thereafter.
Although Sassy passed on this past February, I remain convinced that Watt-Ahh gave us three more years together, and those years were the mot precious of all.
There aren't words to describe how deeply I felt the loss of my beloved Sassy... I was so devastated, my children became concerned and even worried.
Within a week of Sassy's passing, my daughter, Jessica came down from Knoxville to spend some time with me. …Jessica announced that she wasn't leaving until I had another kitty - and Jessica can be relentless. Before I knew it, we were on our way to look at a kitten I didn't want. I could tell from the pictures that it didn't have Sassy's sweet flat face - and on top of that, it was a boy. - Then I picked him up and his little heart was pounding...
I'm so grateful to Jessica for forcing that kitten on me….and as I’ve said, Jessica can be relentless. He's the best medicine I could have had. The name Merlin has turned out to suit him well also (see second photo). He's full of energy and life and also very sweet and loving. I'm hoping to have him in my life for a long, long time, so of course, other than the occasional dip in the pool, he drinks nothing but Watt-Ahh®.

The April 'Pet Story Contest Winner' is Danielle who wrote about "The Watt-Ahh-Beta-Fish":
They said that beta fish need spring water or they'll die in a day or two, but Viktor has been loving Watt-Ahh® for over a week now! I just thought this was interesting, because spring water has nutrients a beta needs (this I was told after-the-fact). I just moved him from a little bowl into a 1 gallon goldfish bowl and filled it with 100% Watt-Ahh®. Everyone at work has been commenting on how he is the most interactive and energetic fish they've ever seen.

Danielle’s cat, Beni Kitty as shown here, won the Watt-Ahh® Cat Bowl!

The March 'Pet Story Contest Winner' is Dick & Carol!
Hello Dana and Melinda,
I'm happy to report the water supply for our cat, C.B., is working out great. The second day went even better than the first and since then she has been consuming generous quantities.
BTW -- While writing this occurs to me that C.B.'s point of comparison may be a little different than others. Our house is supplied with well water, and although perfectly adequate, we are also aware small creatures are more sensitive to environmental impurities. So we chose not to give her tap water – she drinks bottled spring water with natural minerals (a nationally-recognized brand) instead. (She clearly seems to like the Polarized Water better.) Eccentric?! Perhaps from a limited perspective, but fact is cats drink only a small fraction of what we do. For C.B. a jug of spring water lasts a long time. Heck, it costs less than 1 cup of Starbucks (which I probably drink too much of anyway) – so the value proposition is justified.
The Contest -- we are flattered by your interest to enter us in the e-mail competition. C.B. gave her permission provided it did not involve any additional flash photography.
Take care,
Dick & Carol

My throttleman and I drop about 4 to 5 pounds each during a race. I think the Watt-Ahh® folks have really hit on something since we remain in better condition during and after the race."
